Submitting Proposals
Proposals submitted after 16:30 on Sept 15, 2023 will be considered Late.
NEGS Proposals can be submitted for the upcoming Demand Setting Meeting. NEGS Proposals can only be submitted by Local Execs.
IMPORTANT: Submit one form for each Article and Clause, this helps the Negs Team sort and process all the submissions.
For example, if you want to make a proposal around Shift Differentials for evening and night, you must separate each proposal into different submissions.
Local Executives can find the 2024 NEGS Proposal Form at https://dms.una.ca/forms/550 (this link only works for Local Executives)
Or, alternatively, you can log into DMS, and from the main menu go to Forms.
You can scroll down the page, or using the Filter, you can filter for NEGS
Once you find the 2024 NEGS Proposal Form in the list, you can use the ‘Fill out this Form’ button to load the form.
Here is a view of the whole form. Depending on which article is chosen, you will be asked to include the clause.
IMPORTANT: Each Proposal involving an ‘Article’ must include the clause, and be sure to include only one clause per proposal.

Viewing your Local’s Submitted Proposals
Local Execs can see all of the submitted Proposals from their exec by logging into dms and using the main menu to go to Local Admin -> Forms or use this link: https://dms.una.ca/localadmin/forms. You can view individual submissions from this page and also download the entire dataset for your Local.
