If Slack is continuing to ask for your password saying it needs to update, please follow the steps below.
- Enter in your computer password – the one you’d type in to log in to unlock your device.
- Go back to Slack, and look for the ? in the top right corner. It should have a dot:
- Click on the ?, and a new window will pop up. Click on the banner:
- Once updated, the banner will disappear if done correctly.
