The OH&S Tab provides a means for every local to record each OH&S report that has been filed.
This form provides critical information for tracking ongoing problems and solutions, and the steps taken to resolve the issue. It provides a record of the timeline involved. Such data will provide guidance to the OH&S Advisor. Over time, the number of issues dealt with through the OH&S process will decline.
Executive Members will automatically receive the OH&S tab.
