The Local Definition report list who the employer(s) are for the Local and Homesites which are determined by the Employee Lists provided from Employer(s).
The report list all the Sites where the entire site belongs to the local. Only the site is list not the individual units/programs.
The site list in Red are the Exclusions to the .where the unit or program is not the default local. These are usually community programs located in a hospital.
The sites list in Blue are the Inclusion of units and programs to the local definition.
