You can create and edit documents in the Zimbra briefcase for yourself or ones that would be available to all the Local Executive.  Standard editing word processor tools even spreadsheets are available!

In the Local Executive Zimbra Briefcase – before starting, create a folder if you like to keep everything confined.

When in the folder, click on the button that says NEW DOCUMENT at the TOP of the left column – you might expect it to be an action or be placed in the toolbar to the right above the body of the Briefcase, but to keep things standard, it’s like Mail> New Message, and Calendar> New Appointment…in the other areas of Zimbra under Mail or Calendar.

Once your New Document is created, edit as you would any word processing document.
